IPV Exhibits at CabSat 2009

First showing of company's Curator browse-based solutions to the Middle East Market

Cambridge, UK, January 20, 2009

IPV, a global leader and largest independent supplier of low bit-rate, frame-accurate video technology to the broadcast and professional video sectors, will be exhibiting for the first time at CabSat (Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, 3-5 March 2009). The company will showcase its latest offering to the market including, its latest Curator system and SpectreView range. IPV’s stand will be house in the UK Pavilion area stand no. ZN-13.

With the recent appointment of Patrick Woolcocks as the company’s Business Development Manager, IPV is expanding its reach into new markets and territories, including the Middle East. Woolcocks’ responsibility is to grow IPV’s partner and channel business in the region and to drive the sales operation for its proxy-based, tapeless workflow Curator system.

"Our products have been used by many of the leading global media players in the Middle East and we wanted to showcase our products at CabSat to demonstrate the growth of our business internationally and the recent development in our products to broadcasters in this region," said Nigel Booth, Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing at IPV.
